WHAT’s IN A NAME ?

We found inspiration for our name and logo here in Atlantic Canada, home of the highest tides in the World.

LINE is symbolic of creative elements where as ROCK is a symbol of strength and stability.

The Co. (short for “Consulting”) holds space for the 4 values that guide our work: Community, Collaborative, Co-Creative, and Consulting.

The Logo reveals our role to offer organizations stabilize as their navigate the rough waters (uncertainty) of working in the non-profit sector. shows an anchor falling into rough water with one end tied securely to a large rock.

Meet the Team

Leanne Prescott

Founder | Principal Consultant

Leanne Prescott has over 15 years of experience raising funds and awareness in the non-profit and humanitarian sector. Leanne worked 8+ years with World Vision Canada advocating for the rights of women and children in the developing world and fragile contexts.

Leanne specializes in Public Engagement and Community Development, equipping and empowering groups of people to mobilize or give to important social causes such as food security, education, clean water, maternal newborn child health, child protection, and gender equity. In her career, Leanne engaged and activated decision makers, donors, volunteers, community groups, youth, media, and the general public to support a wide variety of advocacy and fundraising initiatives.

Leanne lives and works in the greater Moncton area, graduated from Mount Allison University.
